The New Organising Conference, brings organisers together from across the movement: from the grassroots to unions, big and small, old and new. To organise and fight for justice, in workplaces and communities across the UK. Focused on building power for all working people, especially those marginalised by broken systems; we believe the fight for workers’ rights is deeply connected to broader fights for racial, gender, and migrant justice. Our mission is to unite these struggles and build collective power.
