Our approach:

Many Backgrounds, Shared Purpose

We bring together trade unionists, established and new, community organisers, not-for profit organisations, lawyers and academics.

It is this richness of different identities, placement in our movements, skills and attributes that makes us stronger as a collective.

Experts by Experience

All of us bring different kinds of expertise, and we all have valuable knowledge to share.

Participants speak from their own experience, share organising techniques, and introduce each other to resources. Everyone brings knowledge to the room: participants both teach and learn from one another, creating a space of shared learning and collective growth.

Strategic Collaboration

We create space for organisers, campaigners, and movement leaders to think and work together strategically.

Participants connect across organisations, sectors, and movements to share insights, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for collaboration. By building relationships and aligning efforts, we strengthen the collective impact of our work.

Our events are in-person to foster genuine relationships and active participation. Small group spaces gives everyone the chance to share, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. By creating spaces where people connect, collaborate, and support each other, we build a culture of trust, mutual appreciation, and lasting relationships.

Prioritising Connection

Innovation & Adaptability

We believe that effective organising requires creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to try new approaches. Participants are encouraged to experiment, share emerging ideas, and learn from both successes and failures.

Through open dialogue, we explore innovative strategies, adapt to changing circumstances, and uncover new ways to build collective power.
