  • People socializing at an indoor event, with one woman wearing a colorful striped dress and others holding coffee cups.
  • People engaged in group discussion at a conference with roundtable setup
  • People at an event discussing in front of political and activist posters.

One of the most inspiring events I’ve been to for many years. The diversity was impressive…Sessions were all well run, thought-provoking and practical. If we want workers to win, we need to learn from each other, and the NOC is the ideal place to do that learning. I can’t recommend it too highly.

- Ravi Subramaniam, Unison West Midlands Regional Secretary

Excellent, it was great to network with other people and see what they are getting up to. I have taken away several ideas from the organising sessions which I am already using in our union's efforts to organise my workplace.

- Daniel Hoult, Union of Tech and Allied Workers

A brilliant networking opportunity and insightful sessions, bringing together agents in the UK's progressive organising movement.
